Bachelor Degree Preferred
Manage your program budgets
Five-years’ experience in retail, retail operations, retail distribution, merchandising, sales, marketing or within a service organization preferred
Consumer electronics or wireless experience is a plus
Certificate – Microsoft ExpertZone Certificate and Training a required
Supervisory experience a plus
Strong selling, presentation and computer skills
Previous account management experience preferred in a marketing environment
Must have a valid driver’s license
This position requires that you drive on behalf of Acosta Sales & Marketing, and as such, any DUI/DWI conviction in the past 36 months will be an immediate disqualifier for this position

Drive the overall operation at the retail stores (Assisted Sales, Training, Events and Merchandising)
Initiate and maintain long-term relationships with Retail Store Associates, Microsoft Field Management team and local and regional Retail Management teams across multiple hierarchal levels. (This includes Client, Retailer and Sr. Level management)
Build brand awareness and advocacy with both consumers and Retail Sales Personnel
Engage and motivate retail team members to achieve measurable excellence in training, relationship building and assisted sales in their retail locations
Establish and deploy large event type training events at local, regional and national events based on Microsoft objectives. This includes 1-1 engagements with associates and customers.
Potentially manage additional part time MSFT special project employees during key drive times
Routinely complete ongoing online learning, attend required training sessions and internally sponsored events on assigned products to maintain all certification levels. Relay this knowledge to team members to keep them well informed to achieve sales goals. This will be a measureable activity.
Share best practices in building relationships, creating brand loyalty and in-store training tips with Microsoft and team members by utilizing all the latest technologies, i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Windows Live, blogs, etc.,
Provide routine special market intelligence Insights on current market conditions and/or opportunities that may affect sales or category share of products. Collect and report information through systems and tools as required
Assist in the territory-level analysis of factors that may be affecting underperforming stores in assigned territories
Develop and execute sales/incentive programs at his/her retail locations to drive sales
Complete call reports, KPI’s, paperwork and on-going personal assigned training on time to meet all deadlines
Complete all performance reviews, peer feedback and coaching
Ensure MSFT product displays are consistent/compliant with merchandising Standards and Planogram requirements
Have a strong knowledge and passion for technology and be able to create excitement for Microsoft products while ensuring you land key product features and benefits with clients, retailers and consumers
Strong communication skills including being able to effectively present in front of small and large groups
Be a self-starter, highly driven person who can effectively ‘own’ their store, including taking responsibility to manage their programs and budgets that drive significant incremental Retailer and Microsoft revenue in excess of millions of dollars annually
Ensure all program initiatives (weekly and ongoing) are executed flawlessly
Be responsible for administrative tasks such as scheduling, training modules, interviewing/hiring of team members, working with recruiting department to ensure staffing levels are maintained with qualified team members, etc.
Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment
Demonstrate effective leadership and networking skills that helps to motivate retail teams to achieve program goals and objectives
Provide hands-on training to Retail Sales Reps

High level of understanding of remote technology (smartphones, tablets and/or laptops) not limited to troubleshooting issues.
