    We are currently looking for a Sr. Strategist to join our innovative, growing company.

     

    The Sr. Strategist is a critical thinker that receives briefs from the senior account leads and delivers strategic frameworks to achieve the brief’s objectives and guide the creative ideas. The Sr. Strategist is a heavy lifter involved in all Big Idea and Channel plan briefs.

    Responsibilities

    • Review client research to understand gaps & build a research action plan to fill those knowledge gaps
    • Review research and data and distill key learnings and actionable outcomes
    • Create simple go to market strategies out of complex business challenges
    • Determine and create trends to help guide creative thinking
    • Manage project estimates and costs
    • Build compelling presentation decks
    • Engage with clients and work collaboratively to exceed expectations through strong business acumen
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience as a strategist with strong understanding of marketing principles specific to category management and brand marketing
    • Experience, comfortable challenging briefs and having strategic discussions with clients
    • 1+ years’ supervisor / management experience dealing with strong organization and time management skills a plus
    • Experience developing a deep understanding of the client’s business.

     

    • Ability to read, understand and draw conclusions from research reports and data
    • With the ability to identify customer needs and market trends and recommend pricing strategies
    • Ability to deliver key presentations to small and large groups
    • Strategic leadership
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work collaboratively in both a team environment and independently
    • Can manage multiple competing priorities
    • Approachable and open-minded
    • Demonstrates initiative. Has a can do attitude
    • Strong power point and presentation building skills
    • Strong ability to source secondary research
    • Can think channel agnostic.
