    We are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our innovative, growing company.


    The Field Operations Manager is the point person for all field reporting and expenditures. This position will assist with setting and managing processes, monitoring field activity and providing updated and correct information to the brand management teams. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations the ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated, self-starter who is confident in their abilities to analyze the current processes and make recommendations to create a more efficient workflow for the filed execution staff. 



    The Operations Manager will:

    • Ensure Market Manager completes all off boarding/market close tasks, including performance evaluations of Brand Ambassadors/submission of off boarding document, return of promotional materials, cancelling Comdata cards, removing access to submit / reviewed ASF.
    • Data Integrity: Ensure data collection and compilation is accurate and verifiable. Challenge Market Manager for detail and authenticity
      • Track updates made my market staff
    • Provide weekly client report data, insights and analytics
    • Provide weekly reports for promotional spending (Comdata)
      • Review and highlight purchasing outside of program guidelines
      • Work with RM staff to resolve discrepancies\issues
      • Track cards deployed to field
    • Assist with the development and set up of new and current reporting systems
    • Assist with navigating internal Mosaic departments to create efficiencies for the field with regard to recruitment, training, HR, payroll etc.
    • Assist with and review new program budgets to ensure that the proper staffing and program costs are captured.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor of Arts Degree preferred.
    • Three or more years of account management experience in a retail/merchandising/marketing environment OR any similar combination of education & experience
    • Experience implementing retail marketing programs within retail and Mass accounts
    • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of tasks
    • Project management - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management
    • Review bi-weekly payroll submissions for errors
    • Assist in resolving payroll issues related to part-time field staff
    • Review on-boarding status report prior to program paunch
    • Experience in assisting developing training content and materials (Mosaic processes, payroll/expense, Concur, Comdata MC/debit, etc.)
    • Proven ability participating in or leading process improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to monitor and analyze expense reporting and provide updates to the brand management teams – Regional Management
    • Ability to monitor full time staffing placements and make recommendations for future staffing placement on new or existing programs – Regional Manager
    • Assist with vehicle insurance, and COI requests
    • Monitor and assist with processing any licensing as required for promotional and sampling activity
    • Ability monitoring promotional inventories, sampling product and collateral materials - coordinator
    • Track client and Mosaic assets assigned to the field - coordinator
    • Provide weekly client report data, insights and analytics.
